Embracing the joy of reading

Highlights
to read

Some people say there's nothing like a good book and the availability of books today is unprecedented. Whether it's reading on our smartphones, computers or tablets, or heading to a book shop or ordering online, instant access to a wealth of literature has never been easier.

In today’s world of endless digital distractions, there's always something competing for our time and attention. But sometimes, picking up a good book can be just the break we need from all the stress, negativity, and constant electronic influences.

Unesco created World Book Day in 1995 and it has since become an annual celebration of the joy of reading, celebrated in more than 100 countries.

To mark World Book Day 2024, we're inviting you to share your book recommendations with us.

If you're passionate about books and love reading, please comment below with the title/s of your favourite book/s and we’ll feature a round-up in our next edition of Dialogue magazine.
